About Us

123 Finance is proudly a Black woman-owned bilingual business, founded by Alexia Kitoko in 2024.

WHO WE ARE

123 Finance

123 Finance was founded in June 2024 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This bilingual company offers interactive workshops, microprograms as well as speaker appearances, focused on financial education.

We aim to become an essential player in the field of financial education, particularly within the francophone community of Ontario. By collaborating with various partners, such as non-profit organizations, universities, and associations supporting diverse communities, 123 Finance raises the level of financial knowledge within these communities.

We are committed to enhancing financial literacy among groups such as students, women, entrepreneurs and underserved communities.

Our Mission

123 Finance empowers communities through financial literacy delivered in an interactive, playful, and engaging way. We aspire to be a leader in bilingual financial education, bridging the gap between knowledge and accessibility.

Our Vision

We envision a world where financial education is universal: accessible to all, regardless of language, income, or background. Our goal is to foster financially autonomous, confident, and resilient communities that make informed, sustainable decisions.

Our Values

Accessibility

Financial literacy should have no linguistic or social barriers. Everyone deserves access to tools for financial success.

Inclusivity & Diversity

We serve Francophone, Anglophone, and bilingual communities, respecting cultural and social realities in every program.

Community Commitment

We help people take control of their financial future with confidence, through actionable skills and knowledge.

Collaboration

We believe in partnership power, working with non-profits, schools, and organizations to multiply impact.

Equity

We aim to reduce financial inequalities and mitigate intergenerational financial trauma.

Empowerment

We are deeply committed to listening to and serving the evolving needs of the communities we educate.

MEET THE FOUNDER

Alexia Kitoko: Founder, Speaker & Financial Educator

Born and raised in Paris, France, to Congolese parents, Alexia holds a Master’s in Private Banking & Wealth Management from Université Paris Dauphine (2015). She began her career in Luxembourg as a Private Banker Associate at Natixis Wealth Management, later working in Toronto for Fidelity Canada and RBC Wealth Management.

After years advising high-net-worth clients, Alexia realized her true calling: making financial literacy accessible to everyone, especially those excluded from traditional financial systems. She founded 123 Finance to close knowledge gaps, challenge financial taboos, and empower individuals to build generational wealth.

"I didn’t grow up with financial education, but once I learned its power, I knew I had to share it. Financial knowledge changes lives."

- Alexia Kitoko
